Product information and prices

We describe our products and list prices on this website as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include shipping, taxes or import duties. If a price or product detail changes, the price and contents stated in your written order summary apply to your order.

How a contract is formed

  • You request an order by sending a direct message to @Antigravity_HQ on X.
  • We send you a written order summary with the products, price, shipping cost, taxes, total amount and delivery estimate.
  • The contract is formed when you confirm the summary and your payment is received. We confirm this to you in writing.
  • We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot ship to your country. In that case you are not charged, or any payment is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment instructions are provided only in your order summary from our official account. We never ask for card numbers, passwords or one-time security codes in a direct message.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds and warranty terms are described on our Shipping and returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

Safe and lawful use

You are responsible for flying in line with the aviation laws, privacy laws and local rules that apply where you fly, including any registration or testing requirements. Read the safety guidelines included with the product before your first flight.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. We do not exclude liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you confirm your order applies to that order.
