Shipping and returns

How orders are placed

Product information and prices are published on antigravity-tech-page.com. Orders are placed by direct message to our official X account, @Antigravity_HQ. Before you pay, we send a written order summary listing the bundle contents, the product price, the shipping cost, applicable taxes or duties, the delivery estimate and the total amount. You are only charged after you confirm that summary.

Shipping

  • We confirm whether we can ship to your country in the order summary. If we cannot ship to you, we tell you before any payment is taken.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Typical delivery takes 3 to 10 business days depending on destination and carrier. The estimate for your address is stated in your order summary.
  • We send a tracking number by direct message or email once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Import duties and taxes for your country are shown in the order summary when they are collected at checkout. Where they are collected by the carrier on delivery, we tell you this in advance.

Batteries and shipping restrictions

A1 bundles contain lithium-ion batteries, which are shipped according to carrier and dangerous goods rules. Some remote destinations or delivery methods may not be available for this reason.

Returns

  • You can return a product within 15 days of delivery if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • To start a return, message us on X or email [email protected] with your order details. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
  • Products that have been activated and flown, or that show damage, may not qualify for a return for change of mind. They remain covered by the warranty described below.
  • If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded when the return is due to a fault or an error on our side.

Warranty

A1 drone, Vision goggles and Grip controller are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental damage such as crashes, water damage or misuse. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and a short description or video of the issue.
